Web Chat Widget Test

This page simulates an external customer website. The widget button should appear in the bottom-right corner. Send a message, then check Inbox, Leads, Events and Customer 360.

Test instructions

  1. Look at bottom-right for the chat bubble.
  2. Send: I want pricing and a demo.
  3. Open /inbox and find WEB_CHAT conversation.
  4. Open /leads and check Nova-created lead.
  5. Open /events and check usage events.

Install snippet

Use this on any website after deployment.
