Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use Srazzu to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, purchased-list campaigns, deceptive promotions or messages without required consent.

You are responsible for complying with channel rules, including WhatsApp template requirements, SMS consent, email opt-out requirements and local marketing/privacy regulations.

You may not use Srazzu for illegal content, harassment, hate, threats, fraud, phishing, malware, impersonation, sexual exploitation, or regulated advice misuse.

Do not upload unnecessary sensitive data. If your industry is regulated, you are responsible for ensuring Srazzu usage complies with your obligations.

You may not use AI features to mislead recipients, impersonate humans deceptively, generate prohibited content or make unsupported guarantees. AI outputs must be reviewed before sending.

You may not attempt to bypass rate limits, probe infrastructure, reverse engineer, scrape, attack, overload, or interfere with Srazzu or connected providers.

We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security risk, illegal activity, or violation of this policy.
