LEGAL
Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026. This policy is a practical beta-stage privacy notice and should be reviewed by legal counsel before broad commercial launch.
Data we collect
We may process account details, workspace details, contacts, conversation messages, campaign metadata, web chat submissions, integration metadata, billing events, support requests, usage logs and AI-generated summaries.
How we use data
We use data to provide the Srazzu platform, route conversations, generate AI drafts, score leads, create tickets/tasks, power automations, send notifications, process billing, improve reliability and support users.
AI processing
When AI features are used, selected message context and workspace memory may be sent to configured AI providers to generate drafts, summaries, classifications or recommendations. Users are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before sending them externally.
Integrations and webhooks
Srazzu connects with third-party services such as Clerk, Stripe, Resend, Telegram, Vercel, Supabase and future WhatsApp/Twilio integrations. These providers process data according to their own terms and privacy policies.
Security
We use access controls, environment secrets, HTTPS, database permissions and encryption for stored integration credentials. No internet service can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but we design Srazzu with security in mind.
Retention
Beta data may be retained while your workspace is active or as needed for security, billing, support and legal obligations. Deletion/export workflows should be finalized before broad public launch.
Your responsibilities
If you upload contacts or send campaigns, you are responsible for having proper consent and complying with applicable messaging, privacy and marketing laws.
