Sign up and create workspace

Start at /sign-up, verify your email, then create a workspace. A workspace is your company account where all contacts, messages, leads, tickets and campaigns live.

Action: Open /sign-up, create your user, then complete /onboarding.

Check the Dashboard

The Dashboard shows conversations, leads, tickets, tasks, alerts, channel performance, sentiment, activity and next-best actions. This is your daily overview.

Connect or test channels

Srazzu currently supports Web Chat and Telegram in production. WhatsApp is prepared and will be connected when Meta setup is ready.

Action: Open /integrations. Confirm Telegram is connected and Web Chat snippet is available.

Test Web Chat

Use /widget-test to simulate an external website. Send a test message and confirm it appears in Inbox, Leads and Events.

Action: Open /widget-test and send: I want pricing and a demo.

Use the Inbox

The Inbox is where all customer messages arrive. Open a conversation, review Customer 360 context, draft a reply and run Quality Check before sending.

Action: Open /inbox, choose a conversation, type a reply, click Quality Check.

Manage Contacts and Leads

Contacts store customer identity. Leads track buying intent and scores. Nova Auto-Intake can create leads automatically from messages.

Action: Open /contacts and /leads. Click a contact to view Customer 360.

Handle Tickets and Tasks

Tickets track support/churn issues. Tasks track follow-ups. Automations can create both automatically.

Create Templates and Segments

Templates are reusable messages with variables. Segments are saved audiences. Both are needed for campaigns.

Action: Create one template in /templates and one audience in /segments.

Run Campaign Dry-runs

Campaigns should be dry-run before sending. Use compliance confirmation before real sends. WhatsApp campaigns require templates later.

Action: Open /campaigns, create a draft and run Audience dry-run.

Activate Playbooks

Playbooks create industry-specific segments, templates, automations and campaigns. Use Playbook ROI Simulator before activation.

Submit Feedback

During beta, use Feedback to report bugs, confusion, ideas and integration requests. Admins review feedback in Feedback Admin.

Owner
